Terms of delivery

Transport

The shipping of our products is limited to the areas available under the tab destination country

We ship Monday to Friday and the preparation and transit times listed below are for business days (not holidays).

This is a standard service. Deliveries are made during office hours, from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, depending on the transport company, courier route and country.

If there are express or fast delivery options, the conditions will be those provided at the time of your selection at the time of order and with the additional charges chosen by the customer.

Preparation and delivery times

Shipments are made on the working day following receipt and validation by our agents. Transit time is 1 to 3 business days depending on the destination and the chosen mode of transport. We remind you that Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are not counted as working days.

This time may be modified by a fortuitous event or force majeure, and delivery may be delayed for reasons beyond our control and management.
