How to buy
Buying in our shop is very simple.
1. You can go directly to the search magnifying glass, located at the top of the store, and type in the product or words that identify you. The search engine will automatically show you the main options related to your search. You can click on it and it will take you to the product or line you have chosen.
2. You can also click on the main menu. Choose the type of product or line you want by clicking on the corresponding category. Once the product is open, you can see all its features, functions, instructions for use and customer reviews.
3. Once you have chosen the product, by clicking on the "Add to cart" button, you will see it again with its unit price and an indication of the number of units you want. You can add as many products as you wish. You can also delete one or more products. Each time you add or remove a product, the total amount of your order will be recalculated.
4. If you are already a customer, enter your email address and password. Otherwise, click on "new customer" to fill in a simple form with your personal data and register. You can also place a quick order without registering by entering only the data necessary to complete your shipment.
5. When you have completed your order, click on "Start Payment". From there you will see the main payment options available for your country. Choose one of them and follow the instructions that will be displayed until the payment is made.
6. Once the payment has been processed, you will receive an email confirming your order.
7. You will then, if you wish, receive notifications on the status of your order, shipment tracking and final delivery.
You can also place orders via WHATSAPP or by e-mail if you are already a customer, otherwise you must provide us with all the necessary data for processing.
